Grape Variety

The soft pressing of the grapes is followed with stemming inoculation of selected yeasts, which leads at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation. The skin maceration occurs at a temperature between 27 and 30 ° C and lasts for about 15 days.


Aging takes place for 20 months in steel silos. After bottling, there is a further refinement in the bottle for about 6 months, which is spent in the cellar.

Tasting notes

A wine of intense ruby ​​color with violet hues, garnet, and orange with aging in which the nose is captivating herbaceous notes when is young wine;  with the time instead takes ethereal dried fruit and violet smells.  the taste is intense volume, with hints of blackberries and tannic
